- Rotary controls and counters : Elesa + Ganter rotary controls are used to set and regulate a wide variety of mechanical functions. There are three types: direct drive, gravity and positive drive.
- Aluminium profiles and Roboframe components for safety guards and industrial work benches.
- Conveyor components : AVE conveyor components, machine tracks, sprockets, UHMWPE profiles and Slat chains (Table top).
- Tecom components : Tecom Flexible automation conveyor components.
- Industrial work benches : shipped as aluminium profiles or constructed to specifications.
- Handwheels, knobs and levers : spoked and solid, crank handles, lobe, star, grip and wing knobs; adjustable, lever, fixed and revolving machine handles; machine feet, T-handles, ball knobs and control knobs.
- U-handles : bridge and pull, safety, flush pull and tubular styles.
- Components for jigs and fixtures : indexing plungers, thrust pins, spring plungers, lock pins, universal joints, eye bolts and toggle clamps.
- Hinges, locks, latches and clamps : metal and plastic.
- Machine feet fabricated to the highest sanitary standards.
RCS Products can customise product offerings to suit individual requirements. For example, aluminium profiles can be cut to order and shipped in kits or fully-constructed at RCS Products’ factory.
